We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for the program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. You will have had access to the first 2 modules in the first 14 days of the course.
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact us at hello@austentosone.com and let us know you’d like a refund within 14 days after the date the first module is released, by March 10 2024 at 5pm EST (also known as the Refund Period).
You MUST include your coursework with your request for a refund, as outlined below. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the end of the Refund Period, you will not be granted a refund.
You must submit ALL of the following items with your request for a refund:
Requirement 1: Complete and attach your Dream Big Brain Dump Worksheet from Module 1, Lesson 1.
Requirement 2: Complete and attach your Income Streams worksheet from Module 1, Lesson 2.
Requirement 3: Complete and attach your Goal-Setting Worksheet from Module 1, Lesson 5.
Requirement 4: Submit a document including 2-3 complete sentences summarizing each of the four passive revenue streams discussed in Module 2.
Requirement 5: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
We will not provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days after the date of Module 1 release.
After the Refund Period has ended, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the course regardless of whether you complete the program.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund based on this policy, we will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. We do not control the payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, all licenses granted to you to use the material provided will end under this agreement.
You will immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slides, and other resources.
